Our Contract

These Terms and Conditions (“Site Terms”) apply to your use of the ZAQRT website at www.zaqrt.com (the “Site,” including all content available on it).

By accessing, browsing, using, or registering on the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Site Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Site Terms in full, you must not use the Site.

Processing your payment and acknowledging your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order. We are committed to providing the most accurate pricing information on the Site; however, errors may occur, which may result in an item being incorrectly priced. Accordingly, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

These Site Terms supplement (and are in addition to) our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains the personal information we collect when you use the Site, and our Cookie Policy explains how cookies are used on the Site.

Sales Terms and Conditions

If you order a product through the Site, our Sales Terms and Conditions will also apply.

Once we accept your order, we have a legal duty to supply goods in conformity with those Terms and Conditions.

Prices displayed on the Site are exclusive to online purchases and may not be available in-store.

Unless otherwise specified, materials on this Site are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting ZAQRT products and services available in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Those who choose to access this Site from locations outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are responsible for compliance with local laws, where and to the extent applicable.

The content of the Site is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights, and other intellectual property rights. All rights, including copyright and other intellectual property rights in and to this Site, are owned by or licensed to ZAQRT.

If you acquire any copyright or other intellectual property rights in the Site (whether by operation of law or otherwise), you agree to assign those rights (on a worldwide basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law) to ZAQRT, including any rights in user-generated content you submit through the Site.

You also irrevocably and unconditionally waive any moral rights you may acquire in the Site.

Password / Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and for all activities that occur under your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your password or account.

We cannot promise that the services on the Site will always be error-free. If a fault occurs, please report it to our Customer Service team at info@zaqrt.com, and we will attempt to correct it as soon as reasonably possible.

Access to the Site may occasionally be restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or upgrades. We will aim to restore access as soon as possible.
