Return & Exchange Policy – Zaqrt

At Zaqrt, we are committed to customer satisfaction by providing a flexible and reliable return and exchange process under the following conditions:

Returns

We offer a 3-day return window from the date of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Note: If your order was eligible for free shipping, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 30 days of placing your order.

To start the exchange process, contact us via WhatsApp for item review and arrangement.
Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping fees, starting with the standard delivery rate, and possibly higher depending on your location or shipping service.

Important:
If your order was placed before a sale or promotion, and you request an exchange during the promotion, both returned and exchanged products will be calculated based on their original (pre-sale) prices.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before 4:00 PM on the day the order was placed.

For example:

  • If the order is placed at 1:00 PM, cancellation must occur before 4:00 PM the same day.

  • If the order is placed at 9:00 PM, you have until 4:00 PM the next day to cancel.

If the cancellation deadline is missed, shipping charges incurred will be deducted, based on the delivery location.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and inform you whether the refund was approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process.

Note: Refunds are issued after deducting shipping fees from the original delivery.
For example, if your order was SAR 300 with free shipping (actual shipping cost SAR 20), your refund will be SAR 280.
